Questions about a repair, your subscription or a refund? Email and we usually reply within one business day.

Before you write

  • Repair did not work? Tell us the device or app that recorded the file, how the recording ended (battery, crash, card full) and what the tool reported. Please do not send the video itself unless we ask: FixMP4 processes files in your browser and we never need your footage to help.
  • Video preview looks wrong? Most problems are a mismatched reference file. See how to choose a reference file.
  • Billing: you can cancel or update your payment method yourself from your account. Our refund policy explains when we refund.
